AGM – 28th Oct (6.30pm) Club Rooms
 
Agenda;
To receive and consider-

  1. The annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year
  2. The financial statements of the Association for the preceding financial year submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act;
  3. To elect the members of the Committee

 
Nominations are sought for

  1. President
  2. Vice President
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Patron (invited by the incoming Committee)
  6. Committee - a minimum of 3 and up to 7 ordinary members (includes a Junior and a Senior Coordinator, of which both roles are open and required to be filled for 2026)

 
(The AGM may also conduct any other business of which notice has been given in accordance with the Rules of Association)
 
PLEASE NOTE* - The current Secretary and Treasurer will not be standing for re-election in 2026, so interested parties are encouraged to nominate.for these positions
(Assistance will be given from the incumbents to transition into these roles)

Further to previous correspondence, an additional item has been added for endorsement by members (Solar panels)
Items for tabling as follows:
 
Item #1
Amend section in the rules of association- 11.4.4. & 11.4.5- Members who have played in 100 or more 1st grade games for the Association are automatically made Life Members of the Association
 
Item #2
The Committee has engaged a club contact / firm (Ausmore Energy Group) to formulate an official proposal for installing Solar panels (and battery) at the Club rooms.
